Job started as spec home and was purchased and customized towards the end of the project. 

This home was built custom in the Eagles Nest community in Waynesville

(In Progress)  After working on several projects with architect Russ Woods we have had the pleasure and honor of getting to build his home.  This is currently in progress so keep checking for new photos.

Custom home nestled under Mount Lynn Lowrey, one of the highest peaks in the Blue Ridge Parkway.  This home was a custom design and build and shows how we can take your dream and turn it into a reality.

This house was a contracted custom home with a beautiful view of Lake Junaluska.

This project provided the customer with a residence to live in while they tear down and rebuild a dated home.

Jones’ Garage Apartment

 

This home is a complete custom design and build.  It was a challenge to fit on a small lot, but turned out to be a very cozy and energy efficient home.  2 Bed / 2 Bath

Joseph’s Spec Home

This home was built for a young couple.  It was built on top of one of the highest mountains in the county, with almost a full 360 degrees of panorama.  Although this was a challenging project, it turned out to be one of our favorites.
